Important information

• All our rates, unless otherwise stated, include half-board, per person per day, and all taxes, for minimum stays of 4 days.
• A surcharge of EUR 10 per person per day applies for stays of less than 4 days.
• Breakfast only is EUR 12 per person.
• All rooms at Hotel Gassenhof in Ridanna/Ridnaun are strictly non-smoking.
• Beauty and wellness treatments must be cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the appointment, otherwise the full rate will be charged.
• A surcharge of EUR 15-25 on the regular rate applies for double rooms used as singles.
• This price list replaces all prior lists.
• The rates stated on your booking confirmation have priority over those stated in the price list should those differ.
• In case of cancellations, please inform us as early as possible. We will then try to rent your rooms out to others. Should this not be possible, please understand that you will be charged the rate for three days. The same goes for premature departures.
• We will try to accommodate all preferences for room numbers, however please understand that we cannot guarantee you will get the desired number.
• Rooms are available from 2:30 pm on arrival day. You are welcome on the terrace and in the restaurant until then. Please let us know if you plan to arrive later than 7 pm.
• Rooms must be vacated until 10:30 am on departure day.
• Pets are only allowed on request (surcharge of EUR 10 per day, no food included)
• Discounts for children are valid if two full-paying adults stay in the same room.
• Car parking is available in our underground car park for EUR 8 per day (please book in advance).
• The hotel has no liability for any items that are left behind.
• Non-consumed services included in the package deals do not warrant discounts on the total rate.
• Room layouts may vary slightly.
• The hotel is not liable for errors in the information booklets and on the website, and reserves the right to make changes to the price list and entertainment program!
• All hotel and leisure facilities are for use at your own risk.
