Hiking offer at Hotel Gassenhof

End of May to early October:

Every day from Monday to Friday, we offer two guided hikes accompanied by our guide Gerhard. One is an easy hike and the other one more challenging. Once per week you can participate in an educative geology hike with Jan Holzmann.

Early May to November:

Two to three hikes are accompanied by the hotel manager Manfred himself. Also make sure you don’t miss the traditional Alpine hut hike with the senior hotel manager Adolf Volgger. During those hikes you will be entertained by many folklore tales from the area, such as the tale of the traditional “Kaiserschmarrn” dish, as told by our manager Manfred.

Extensive hikes of varying degree of difficulty will give you the perfect chance to get to know the stunning nature in Val Ridanna/Ridnauntal. Be it during guided hikes or on your own adventurous tours – you will be surprised at everything this unique area has to offer.
