Important information for your holiday at Gassenhof

• All our rates, unless otherwise stated, include half board and are per person and day.
• Breakfast only is available at 25.00 euros per person.
• Beauty and spa treatments must be cancelled at least 10 hours prior to the appointment, otherwise 50% will be charged.
• A surcharge of 30.00 euros applies for the single use of Aeris and Herbis double room.
• A surcharge of 50.00 euros applies for the single use of all other rooms as well as all suites.
• Discounts for children apply with two fully paying adults staying in the same room.
• We charge €15 per person for use of the wellness area on the day of departure.
• Payment: We accept cash, check and credit card. American Express and Diners Club are not accepted.

• We will try to accommodate all preferences for room numbers, however, please understand that we cannot guarantee you get your preferred room.
• All our rooms are strictly non-smoking rooms.
• Room layouts may vary slightly.

• Rooms are available from 2.30 pm on arrival day. If you arrive prior to that, you are welcome to sit down and relax on our terrace or in our restaurant. Please let us know if you plan to arrive after 7 pm on arrival day.
• Rooms must be vacated until 10.30 am on departure day.

• At Gassenhof, we love dogs and we are happy to welcome them. The supplement is € 30 per day, food excluded. If you are travelling with your four-legged friend, please let us know in advance.
• Dogs are allowed in the following rooms: Suite Arterra, Suite Azurit, Suite Achillea, Suite Pyrus, Suite Sambucus, Suite Herbis and Suite Aeris.

• The hotel takes no liability for any items that are left behind.
• Non-consumed services, included in the package deals, do not warrant discounts on the total rate.
• The hotel is not liable for errors on information booklets and website and reserves the right to make changes to the price list and entertainment programme.
• The use of the hotel’s leisure facilities are at your own risk.

Sometimes, life happens, and travel arrangements need to be modified or even cancelled. If you need to cancel your booking with Erlebnisort Gassenhof, please inform us as soon as possible. For short-notice cancellations, our general cancellation policy applies:

• For cancellations made no later than 21 days before arrival, we charge a fee of €100.
• For bookings cancelled 21 to 7 days before arrival, the deposit is retained.
• For cancellations made 7 days or less before arrival, we charge 70% of the total booking price.
