Raising our glasses to a great holiday

Fine wines for connoisseurs

First, a swirl of the glass to appreciate the hues and release the dormant aromas. Then a mouthful, and the finer nuances are revealed to the palate. If this is the kind of experience that speaks to your heart, make time for a visit to our basement, and be ready to feast your eyes, nose and palate!

What awaits you in our cellar is a selection of over 500 wines, featuring South Tyrolean, Italian and international labels. Host Manni knows them all, of course, and he’s always happy to share his passion by personally offering wine tastings to his guests.

If you would rather have our wines served to your table, the Gassenhof’s expert staff are on hand to recommend the best accompaniment for each of the dinner’s six courses. On request, we also organise aperitifs and special wine tastings with sommeliers in our cellars.
