Fresh, foaming beer straight from the master brewer

Something is brewing at Erlebnisort Gassenhof... It’s our craft beers, of course! We make them using only natural ingredients, with no artificial additives, to achieve that “Aaah!” effect that comes with every refreshing sip.

Fresh from the tap, our brews tickle wonderfully on the tongue and in the stomach. Enjoy them whenever and wherever you want, as an accompaniment to our 6-course dinner, for example, or while sitting at the hotel bar or chilling on a lounger on our sun terrace. The best place to savour them, however, is probably the very place from which they come – in the quaint ambience of the Gratznbräu brewery.

That’s where host Manni offers guests an insight into this passion of his, explaining what it takes to make a good master brewer. How do you make beer? What are purity laws about? And how do you get the perfect head of foam? These are some of the questions he answers during his guided tours, which also offer you the opportunity to taste our artisanal beers.
