Kitchen chef Stefan: cooking is his passion!
South Tyrolean specialities are Stefan’s favourite. His dishes are made with local products and ingredients. The junior chef and creative chef de cuisine loves to cook! At our hotel in Ridanna/Ridnaun he surprises our guests with the most refined South Tyrolean specialities. Stefan did an apprenticeship in Bressanone/Brixen. Afterwards, he worked as a cook in his parents’ hotel, at Gassenhof in Ridanna/Ridnaun. Today, Stefan is the kitchen chef at Gassenhof, using his knowhow, experience and passion to craft the most exquisite gourmet creations. To keep up to date with latest trends and developments, Stefan loves to get together with other cooking colleagues. Besides, he regularly visits trainings held by experts and celebrity chefs.
If Stefan is not cooking at our gourmet hotel in South Tyrol, he spends as much time as possible in the outdoors with his family.
