At Gratznhäusl, a few metres from our hotel in Ridanna/Ridnaun, you get to taste finest local specialities. Dining at Gratznhäusl is a very special experience during a culinary holiday. Here, you find no menu card and the wine cellar is our wine list. Chef de cuisine Stefan himself will serve you a 7-course surprise menu. Start your culinary evening with homemade speck (South Tyrolean bacon) which has been smoked on site, at Gratznhäusl.

At Gratznhäusl we use only products from South Tyrol for our South Tyrolean specialities. An absolute highlight is the cream mousse (Rahmmus), a traditional South Tyrolean dish. Stefan prepares this dish in front of all his guests, in the kitchen of Gratznhäusl, which is over 700 years old. Afterwards, everyone gets to taste this delicacy.
