Gluten-free holidays? No problem at our gourmet hotel in South Tyrol. If you have an intolerance of wheat, rye, oats or barley, our kitchen team prepares a gluten-free menu just for you. If you have a lactose intolerance, the same principle applies. Our chef de cuisine Stefan and team are happy to prepare special menus for our guests with any kind of intolerance.

Please let us know when booking your holiday at our hotel in Ridanna/Ridnaun of any intolerance you may have. The Gassenhof team will make sure to offer you the right menu prepared with fresh, seasonal and regional products.
